Property API Self-Serve Licence
This is an immutable version used for Self-Serve clickwrap. It applies only when this exact version, the applicable product version, Terms version and Source Schedule version are recorded on the Stripe Checkout Session and Subscription.
1. Agreement and order of documents
This licence is between the subscribing organisation and DA LEADS. It supplements the versioned Property API Self-Serve Terms. The accepted product version defines the included components; the accepted Source Schedule defines source-specific coverage, attribution and restrictions. A negotiated written agreement prevails to the extent it expressly conflicts with this Self-Serve licence.
2. Licence grant
Subject to payment, quota and these documents, DA Leads grants the subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right for its own personnel and contractors under its control to call the licensed API components and use the returned fields for the permitted purpose below. Technical availability of any other field, component, model or endpoint does not grant a right to use it.
3. Product scope
noise-intelligence-v1:scores.noiseandscores.aircraft_noise.flood-intelligence-v1:scores.floodandhazards.flood.bushfire-screening-v1:scores.bushfireandhazards.bushfire. Where available,scores.bushfire.indicative_balis licensed only as a preliminary indicative BAL band withbal,rangeandconfidence, delivered with its mandatory disclaimer. It is not a certified BAL assessment and cannot be used for building approval.full-property-intelligence-v1: the current Property Core factual categories enumerated in the Source Schedule, the four explicit screening componentsscores.noise,scores.aircraft_noise,scores.floodandscores.bushfire, plus the separatesuburb_intelligenceandproperty_corecapabilities. The Bushfire component carries the same preliminary indicative BAL boundary stated above. The entitlement does not use broadhazards,environmentorscoresselectors, so a future category is not added silently.
Full does not include a scores wildcard. Solar, Contamination Screening, Heat, Landscape Openness/View Quality and Walkability Preview/Pilot scores are excluded. Property Core may contain enumerated factual official hazard or register context when its source and fields are deliverable; that does not grant scores.contamination or the standalone Contamination Screening product.
4. Permitted use
Noise, Flood and Bushfire component subscriptions permit internal property screening, research and portfolio triage only. Full additionally permits attributed outputs to be included in static customer reports, provided each report preserves the response-specific attribution, coverage and caveats and does not expose a reusable database or interactive data service.
5. Uses requiring another licence
The subscriber must not resell, sublicense, redistribute or provide onward database access; bulk-extract or reconstruct the service or an upstream dataset; share API keys outside its organisation; remove required attribution or coverage statements; use the data in an interactive embedded or white-label product; or represent screening output as professional, statutory, engineering, acoustic, hydraulic, environmental, bushfire, BAL, insurance or building-approval advice. Publisher, Enterprise or another written licence is required for embedding, redistribution, special geometry, bulk access, custom service levels or other rights not expressly granted here.
6. Coverage, sources and attribution
Coverage is source and jurisdiction specific. “Unavailable”, “not integrated”, a missing field, or no mapped hit is not a clear result. The subscriber must read and preserve response-level provenance, coverage status, source currency and caveats. Attribution obligations in the accepted Source Schedule and response apply whenever the corresponding fields are used.
7. Quota, renewal and cancellation
Noise, Flood and Bushfire each include 1,000 unique addresses per calendar month. Full includes 500 unique addresses in each monthly billing period anchored to activation. Repeated lookup of the same metered address in the same period is not charged again. All public prices are GST-inclusive final totals. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and remain usable until the end of the paid period, subject to payment and acceptable-use enforcement.
8. Evaluation
A no-card evaluation is temporary, limited to the displayed address quota, and permits internal evaluation only. It grants no production integration, customer-report, embedding, redistribution or onward-access right.
9. Version changes
A later product, licence, Terms or Source Schedule version is not accepted automatically. A new paid checkout must submit the exact versions displayed at that time. Existing rights remain governed by the version recorded for the subscription unless the parties validly agree otherwise.
