Description

Renovation of former church building and land in two stages: STAGE 1. (a) layout of car parking spaces as indicated in the attached architectural drawings; (b) construction of disability access ramp beside side wall of the former church building; (c) Installation of two fire doors between the former church building housing the proposed shop/cafe and the main residence, in order to meet Australian fire standards regulations; (d) converting the inner zone of the former church building into a shop/cafe with capacity of up to 20 persons at any one time (including staff); (e) erection of signage as indicated in the attached plans. STAGE 2. (a) expansion of wastewater treatment system to fully cater for expanded numbers of visitors to 65-75 for limited special functions as described in the attached proposal documents; (b) construction of a storeroom/workshop attached to the existing shed at the rear of the property and in front of the renovated original site toilet block. (c) construction of a small brick wall and glazed structure at the north western corner of the former church building.
