1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DA Leads Australia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DA Leads Australia provides aggregated development application (DA) data sourced from publicly available council planning registers across Australia. The Service categorises this data by trade type and presents it through a web-based dashboard.
3. Accounts and Access
You may browse DA leads without an account. To access premium features, you must sign in via Google OAuth and subscribe to a paid plan. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Data Accuracy
DA data is sourced from public council registers and third-party providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or timeliness. DA Leads Australia is not liable for decisions made based on the data provided.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, copy or redistribute the data in bulk; (b) use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal browsing; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service's design, code and branding are owned by DA Leads Australia. The aggregated datasets, derived analytics and structured data published on the Service are made available subject to these Terms of Service. Underlying DA data is sourced under Creative Commons licences or public register terms as attributed on the site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, DA Leads Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
