The proposal involves internal and external upgrades to the existing Stratco Kadina retail and trade supply store and associated garden centre. Works include: • Internal refurbishment and layout adjustments to improve operational efficiency and customer flow. • Modifications to the existing garden centre pergola, including minor footprint reduction and repositioning. • Installation of new external signage flush-mounted to the building façade using 3 mm aluminium composite material (ACM) panels. • Minor repositioning and adjustment of the existing fence and gate for operational improvements, maintaining the existing height. • Modification of one existing exit door to a double swing operational access door, and installation of one additional double swing door to the garden centre. All works comprise minor internal and external improvements only and do not alter the approved land use or intensify the existing retail and trade supply function of the site.
