- PLANNING ACT 2023 - PROPOSAL FOR LEASE VARIATION - Lease variation to the Crown Lease to modernise lease provisions and align permitted uses with current planning terminology, including the removal of commencement and completion requirements (Clauses 3(a)-(e)); updating the purpose clause to reflect contemporary land use definitions and permitted uses; removal of references to car parking provisions (Annexure I) for Block 2 Section 13 Phillip and Blocks 6 and 7 Section 17 Phillip; increasing the maximum area permitted for supermarket use by 2,000 m² to a maximum of 9,500 m²; and removal of limitations on specific uses under Clauses 3(g)(ii)-3(g)(vii).
