- Description
- We propose to demolish the existing house that has deteriorated beyond repair, and replace it with the transportable house. We intend to use A1 House Transport & Restumping to transport the house from its current address 41 Samuel Street, Smithfield to 262 Barrett Road, Parrakie. The preliminary inspection of the site by A1 House Transport & Restumping deems the site appropriate for transporting this dwelling to the site. After demolishing the house, we will require a new pad with appropriate footings, to be determined by Mace Engineering at Clare, S.A and carried out by Southern Mallee Contracting. RivaMallee Plumbing, Loxton will prepare the required waste water design for the property, and install the appropriate system. The exisiting car port will remain on the property.
