Commencing stage 1 maybe after Feburary 2027 when plan amendments have been approved. Completion and resale should be around Oct 2029 for Stage 1. Stage 2 Completion could be around October 2030, although possible extension may be needed for stage 2, as it depends on the construction and resale of Stage 1.
