I am proposing, on behalf of myself, several other owners in this apartment complex and the Owners Corporation, to demolish the existing staff room on level 1 and the existing wet and dry store rooms on level 2 and erect certain of the storage cages that appear on each of the owners' titles and the original planning permit but were not built due to a prior-to-construction agreement between the developer and Quest Apartments who were to run a serviced apartment business on the Claremont St side of the building and required alternative use of that floorspace. That serviced apartment business no longer operates and the staff and store rooms are no longer needed, whereas the storage cages are keenly anticipated by the associated owners. This is a proposal, therefore, to reinstate the original use of the floorspace in question. |
