Buildings and works to the existing front boundary fence and gates, comprising the widening of the existing pedestrian and driveway gate openings, minor adjustment and retention of the existing rendered masonry front fence, and installation of new pedestrian and driveway gates. The works are limited to the front boundary fence and gate arrangement. The proposal will improve vehicle and pedestrian access at the front boundary and support more efficient use of existing on-site parking opportunities. No change is proposed to the existing vehicle crossover, footpath, kerb or road reserve.

New Fence Application - We are applying to replace our front fence to our property, which has a heritage overlay on it. The fence will be no higher than 1.2m. It will be solid red brick, with intermittent pillars. There will be an auto gate on the driveway as well as a pedestrian gate. It will be solid red brick. We are recycling the current capping bricks, cleaning them and using them on the new fence. The fence will keep with the theme and appearance of the current house and be similar to the current fence. The fence will be similar to other fences in the area.
