Olympic Industries shed which will purely used for private domestic use only, hobby’s, storage etc. In the attached working drawings it will be situated in the back left corner of the block to the scale of the drawings where it says proposed shed. I have updated the working drawings to show the actual location and size of the soakage pit. Showing that it is more than 3 metres away from the proposed shed. Stormwater will be plumbed by copper coast plumbing to the street. Electrical work will be undertaken by Progressive Electrical.
All engineering will be provided from Olympic.
I spoke to Chris from planning at Copper Coast Council and I made him aware of the overall size and how other sheds in Riley Cove are similar. He notified his director and mentioned as long as it’s 3 metres away from the soakage pit then it should be considered ok. Height of rollerdoor is paramount for caravan and boat storage. |
