Council has issued the Planning Permit P234/2025 allowing the construction of 2 dwellings in the site. Our application is for the subsequent 2 lot subdivision.

Our application is for the subdivision of the site to create the Roads, Reserves and super lots. Applications to subdivide the 3 super lots in accordance with the layout approved by P615/2022 will be made in due course.
