Development Application Leads

A Permit is sought for a STAGED RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION (PS916600T Stage 3) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ENDORSED PLANS. The development of the site was approved by (i) the Development Plan P0843/2017 as approved by council on 18/06/2019 and (ii) the Planning Permit P0101/2020 that was issued by council on 18/09/2020 and amended on 02/01/2026. The site was most recently subdivided by Plan of Subdivision PS916600T that was registered on 31/01/2024. That plan created 4 'S' lots, the Unlimited Owners Corporation No.1 and a small area of Common Property No.1. We seek to re-subdivide the 4 'S' lots to create additional Common Property No.1, residential lots 1-30, the Limited Owners Corporation No.3 and Common Property No.3, Reserve No.1 and 3 'S' lots. The 30 residential lots are for the townhouses within that part of the site shown as 'North Precinct' on the plans endorsed under P0101/2020. The extent of Reserve No.1, which will vest in council in order to satisfy the Public Open Space requirement, is consistent with the approved Development Plan.

Amendment to plans and permit to reduce the height of the building from 4 storeys to 3 storeys and remove the takeaway food premises, restaurant and dwellings, with the 3-storey building to be developed and now used for medical centre tenancies only, on land within a design and development overlay 8, alteration of access to a road in a transport 2 zone and a reduction in car parking
