Proposed amendments to endorsed plans: few minor inconsistencies with the as-built conditions and what is being shown on the architectural plans. The minor alterations are described as follows: 1. Adjust D & L plans to meet approved engineering. End of laneway (Lane A) adjusted to allow turning circle requirements and nib island outside Lot 3 and 4 removed. 2. Adjust D & L plans to remove inconsistencies around common area lights. Now meets electrical engineer plans and the as built conditions on the site, which is a single light at the southwest corner of central intersection on the land. 3. Climbing plants moved from between Lot 3&4 to between Lot 22&23. This allows them to now achieves northern light and improved growing conditions. 4. Garden Area plan updated at TP021
