Amend the approved development (partial demolition and construction of a double-storey extension to the rear of an existing dwelling and a front fence) comprising the following: • removal of attic space in original building to provide connection to proposed first-floor addition; • changing roof form to an asymmetrical hipped roof; • addition of window shrouds and changes to window dimensions to improve energy efficiency; • addition of a roof terrace; • retention of front fence; • removal of ground-floor Store and expansion of Mud Room (no change in area); • various changes to side patio including increase in paved area and extension of driveway brick wall to increase privacy; • increase in height of timber batten screen to deck to minimise overlooking; and • various other changes as shown on the plans accompanying the application.
