The side wall which is painted white will be stripped back to natural stone and re pointed with black fine lines. the fascia will be painted jarrah, wooden sliding door jarrah, the large blue grey wall will be a cream. Sign writing. On the side front of the building where it says fully licensed will be changed to Great Northern Lodge. the old tin shed has faded writing which says *All Requisites and For Stations* this will be freshened up and great Northern will be painted just below it. we have Shaun Ozlins doing the stone work and Deon McHugh doing the sign writing

This Extension will require doorway to be cut through existing stone wall, poured concrete slab, timber framed, hardy planked external cladding, disability grabrails and shower. floor to ceiling tiles, fully painted in and out, plumbing upgrade to suite.

Renew Awnings to the front of the property (shop section) to its original form. Bullnose Awning Paint the front of the shop and house like for like (Light cream) with Heritage green trim. Change of land use from residential and commercial. The shop is a separate area from the house and use to be as a shop. I would like to return it to its original state and run a takeaway restaurant (no tables service) from this area and retain the house section to live in. The buildings have a common wall but are separate from each other.
