Proposed alterations: 1. Addition of electric roller door to rear of existing car port Steel-Line roller door in Colorbond Night Sky colour (to match existing carport structure) 2450mm high x 3130mm wide Set back 6.1m from front building boundary and 12.1m from front property boundary (ie. footpath) 2. Replacement of existing side fence on north side of driveway (a total of 9m from the front property boundary) Replacing with same fence profile (Trimdek) but Woodland Grey (instead of current green) Increase in fence height from 1250mm at the front boundary to 1500mm (to match existing picket fence post) Gently increasing slope to height of 1800mm at 3.2m back from front boundary (ie. 1500mm at footpath sloping up to 1800mm over 3.2m). Currently slope is from 1250mm at footpath to 1730mm at 3.2m. The total length of fence replacement is 9m. This slope will match the south side fence exactly

The extent of the proposed works is to consolidate the current swinging back door and two windows to a single sliding door. The work is limited to the existing rear access of the home, not visible from the street and maintaining the consistency with current window heights and existing openings.
