Dwelling Addition

Dwelling addition that is an amendment to current Development Approval 24042538, which includes demolition of rear lean-to structures, reroofing of main 4 room dwelling and verandah in galvanised corrugated iron, together with removal of aluminium windows and replacement with traditional painted timber frame windows. The amendment affects the addition portion. This includes a Kitchen, Dining, Living and Utilities area with associated bathroom, ensuite and walk in robe, connected to the existing dwelling through approved new openings in the existing south wall and the existing main back door. A covered courtyard, porch and verandah area is also proposed. The roof form has been amended to a simple skillion roof, clad in galvanised corrugated iron. Wall materials include corrugated iron in Windspray, natural barestone and painted horizontal cement sheet boarding to the South elevation. Windows will be windspray coloured aluminium, including traditional louvres.
