The development of the site was approved by (i) the Development Plan P0843/2017 as approved by council on 18/06/2019 and (ii) the Planning Permit P0101/2020 that was issued by council on 18/09/2020 and amended on 02/01/2026. We seek to re-subdivide the 4 'S' lots to create additional Common Property No.1, residential lots 1-30, the Limited Owners Corporation No.3 and Common Property No.3, Reserve No.1 and 3 'S' lots. The 30 residential lots are for the townhouses within that part of the site shown as 'North Precinct' on the plans endorsed under P0101/2020. The extent of Reserve No.1, which will vest in council in order to satisfy the Public Open Space requirement, is consistent with the approved Development Plan.
