Change of use of the existing building at 4–6 Parham Street, Port Pirie South SA 5540 (CT 5896/356, Parcels D484 AL26 & AL27) from a cabinetmaking workshop (Class 8) to a motor vehicle sales yard. The existing building footprint, roof form and floor levels are retained. No demolition, fill, excavation or re-levelling is proposed. Proposed works comprise: - Internal reconfiguration to create a car display area, car photo area, vehicle detailing area, retained workshop, office, staff room, storage and customer foyer (17.4 m² foyer infill — the only new building work). - New street façade clad in Trim Deck cladding (Colorbond "Monument"); no increase to building height. - New garage door; decommissioning of two existing roof vents. - One non-illuminated fascia sign (approx. 5.3 m²). - Two outdoor car display areas for stock-for-sale. - A screened waste/bin enclosure, pedestrian walkway and landscaping.

Existing timber frame transportable dwelling and steel frame shed currently located at 6 Jeffries rd, Crystal Brook to be relocated to: 27 Stanley st, Crystal Brook. Previous timber frame addition to rear of dwelling to be demolished prior to relocation.
