Veranda will be attached to the west side of the home, starting from the front of the house ending approximately two thirds down the length of the house. The veranda will be cream to match the area and adjacent residence already present cram roller door and veranda. There will be two clear polycarbonate panels in the veranda roof to allow filtered light into adjacent bedroom. Proposed veranda will have water runoff into water tank. Veranda kit to be ordered through Stratco to allow self-build. Veranda will only be attached to my house. Current fencing and neighbours' structure will not be affected with veranda will be free standing on that side.

The proposed verandah will be a small, practical addition designed to improve outdoor living and entertaining space. The structure will be supported by two verandah posts, which will be installed by a suitably qualified and licensed builder to ensure safety and compliance with building standards. A roof will be constructed over the verandah to provide shelter and shade, allowing the area to be used comfortably in a range of weather conditions. The verandah roof will be securely attached to the existing structure using appropriate brackets connected to the current guttering system. This design will integrate seamlessly with the existing home while creating a functional and inviting space for outdoor use.
