Completion of the originally proposed and approved dwelling. Original dwelling completed to lock-up stage using concrete block footings and timber framing. Compressed fibre cement weatherboard cladding, internal gyprock, structural flooring, solar power, rainwater plumbing with 37,700 litre capacity, gas plumbing, all installed by the previous owner builder and required trades. Work to be completed on the existing dwelling includes finalising bathroom and kitchen fit-outs, flooring, skirting, and finalising gas plumbing to be completed by a gas fitter. Previous owner builder informed that inspections were completed by the council on building structure and electrical work was completed by Occer Electrical, plumbing by Reef Plumbing, and septic system installed by Rodney a local plumber. We are submitting this application with the original documentation provided to us, including an additional floor plan which has been amended to include an internal partition wall in the kitchen.
