- 1. Amend condition 1 of the planning permit to only have condition 1a) that requires a notation on the endorsed planning permit plan to the effect of: ‘Any development of the land approved under planning permit 210415 must meet the ‘Garden Area’ requirements of Clause 32.08-3 of the Bass Coast Planning Scheme, being a minimum of 25% as garden area for each lot’. 2. To amend the condition on the permit that requires a section 173 agreement to be entered into to include an additional obligation to the following: a. ‘Any development of the land approved under planning permit 210415 must meet the ‘Garden Area’ requirements of Clause 32.08-3 of the Bass Coast Planning Scheme, being a minimum of 25% as garden area for each lot’.
