- Planning approval is sought for subdivision of the subject land into four (4) lots. The proposed layout facilitates the logical progression of infill development and associated provision of infrastructure along Ready Street, High Street and the easements at the eastern boundary and north-eastern rear corner of the proposed site. The existing dwelling and garage are to be situated within proposed Lot 1. It is proposed that the existing shed in the centre of the proposed site will be removed to make room for the building envelope on proposed Lot 2. It is planned that proposed Lot 1 will be retained for the current land holder, with proposed Lots 2-4 being made available to the open land supply market. The proposed plan includes removal of three exotic trees to enable construction of boundary fences of the proposed Lots. No native vegetation on site is deemed to be affected by the proposal thus, there is no requirement for the removal of native vegetation.
