Description
Demolition works are proposed at the rear of the lot in preparation for a 2 lot survey strata subdivision. The existing house at the front (which I live in) is to be retained per the WAPC approval. Works are limited to the rear of the lot as shown on ST Spatial plan 25441-02. Scope: removal of swimming pool (shell, coping and pool fencing); two rear sheds (fibro/galvanised iron sheds); a wooden patio; and removal of brick paving and general items (tree, bushes, edging). As a precaution, the earthworker I am using has engaged a licensed asbestos removalist to remove all suspect fibro panels prior to general demolition, regardless of testing. Asbestos waste will be double-wrapped and disposed of at a licensed landfill per WorkSafe WA and Dept of Health requirements. The earthworker will carry out the pool and shed demolition. Gas and electrical services to the sheds have been disconnected or were never connected. Water capping N/A.
