Description

The proposed development is for the erection of an Olympic Industries colourbond shed. The proposed shed is planned to be 6m long by 4m wide by 2.7m high (overall height is 3.197m) with a concrete floor and to be built on the rear boundary of 8 Lulu Court, Port Vincent. As shown in the attached site plans, 8 Lulu Court does not share a rear boundary with another residential block. The proposed shed would not have any access doors on the boundary side wall. Rainwater would flow into an existing rainwater tank and have an internal box gutter on the boundary side wall. The colour is proposed to be the colourbond colour, Dune, which is the same as existing site fencing and house roof colour.
