- Application for unauthorized works prior to obtaining building permit. -Concrete slab and a single brick wall. Building permit has been applied for but during the wait times due to financial strains and contractor scheduling slab needed to be poured. This wasn't done without good faith as we did pay to get third party CDC approval prior which was attached to building permit application. And also had extensive City of Cockburn planning back and forth with our architect during the drawing stage and was granted planning approval at that time.
