Description

The proposed development consists of the rectification of structural and cosmetic damage sustained to the dwelling following a motor vehicle collision with the front of the property. The impact resulted in damage to a 150mm C-section structural steel support post located at the front of the dwelling, along with associated damage to adjoining structural and architectural elements. The proposed works are intended to restore the structural integrity of the dwelling and reinstate all affected components to their pre-event condition as closely as reasonably practicable. Upon completion, the dwelling will be restored to a condition that is structurally sound and, as far as reasonably practicable, reflects its pre-event appearance and functionality, in accordance with applicable building standards, engineering requirements, and insurance reinstatement principles.
