- I am requesting a cross over to my property from my Creswick Rd front. I have had a meeting with Lawrence Chu who has stated in email the council is supportive of this. In this same meeting Lawrence mentioned that I need to apply for the remaining demolition of a damaged brick fence at the front of the property. The fence is currently only comprise d a few remaining bricks. This fence will then be replaced with a white picket capped fence that will be backset into the property by around 0.5 to 1m. This will also allow access to the property from the cross over.
