Description

The proposed works include the following: • Existing shed: Removal of the existing old sheds located on the site. These structures are significantly deteriorated, is not considered structurally sound, and presents a potential safety hazard. It is therefore proposed to be demolished and removed from the site. • Water tank structures: Removal and clearing of the existing water tank structures across the site, as these are no longer required. • Water well structure: Demolition and removal of the existing water well structure. • Existing trees: Pruning and ongoing maintenance of the existing trees along the Epping Road frontage. The vegetation is currently overgrown and requires pruning to ensure it is appropriately maintained and managed. The exisitng dwelling on the site is to remain as it is with no changes to the structure. The hertitage structure is to remain as it is and to be protected on the site when demolishing the other structures
