Renovation of former church building and land in two stages: STAGE 1. 8 x Tiny Houses as Tourism Development. To be built in 2 stages. First stage 1 tiny house on wheels. Second stage 7 tiny houses in 3 locations as shown on map. Trailer-Tri Axle trailer with electric brakes, rated to 4.5 tonne . Purchased from basic trailers in Pooraka Trailer subfloor is 22mm h3 structa floor and is insulated with 25mm foilboard. Steel frame wall frames bolted to trailer. all wall frames insulated with r2.7 insulation and ceiling is insulated with r4.0. walls and roof are also wrapped with 4mm foam cell thermal liner. External walls clad in Colorbond corrugated iron in a monument paint finish. Rear wall clad in Victorian ash hardwood cladding. Internal walls clad with easy craft VJ panelling. Shower walls lined with laminate panels with tiles on the floor. Walls behind wood heater are cladded with James Hardie V Groove cement sheets. Flooring is a direct stick timber flooring, almond colour. Cabinetry from U-install-it kitchens, colour is spring green. Power is supplied through a 15 amp power plug one the front wall. Water supply is through a standard hose connection. Gas supply is via two gas bottles mounted on the front wall. Toilet is a caroma luna wall faced back entry flushing toilet. All windows and sliding door are double glazed. Each tiny house to have steps to access and be clad with lattice to cover trailer wheels. Entrance to doors timber steps constructed from H3 pine. Each group of Tiny House will be supported by a trailer mounted generator, solar power system, and rainwater tank. Where 2 or more Tiny Houses are gathered in the same location an approved septic system will be installed for shared use.
