Proposed fuel facility at Wudinna with the intent to provide only a fuel offer in support of local and regional customers. The site is somewhat remote from population densities where the ex-penditure for a control building could be warranted. The site will be un-manned and largely monitored remotely with some local oversight. As required by SA DG Regulations the Outdoor Payment Terminal (OPT) has a built-in emergency response call button that alerts a service provider to respond as necessary to a fault or incident as identified by the user.

The proposal is comprising the following: • 40-metre tall monopole. • Six (6) panel antennas to be mounted on a triangular headframe at the top of the monopole; • Ancillary equipment including tower mounted amplifiers (TMAs), a gps antenna, cabling and feeders; • Equipment shelter (3.0m x 2.38m x 2.97m) connected to the monopole by an overhead cable tray; • A 2.4-metre high security fencing around the compound area within the property; and • Double access gates and an upgrade of existing crossover to be accessed off Mount Damper Road.

Construction of additional 42,000 tonne of grain storage bunkers & associated roadworks, drainage, fencing and bunker wall 1.3m high.

Plant nursery - Service Trade Premises

The proposed facility seeks to provide coverage (including 5G technology) within the Wudinna township and local area and involves the following works; The installation of a 40m Lattice Tower. The installation of three (3) new 5G panel antennas mounted to the top of the Lattice Tower; The installation of three (3) new panel antennas on top of the new tower (total height of the facility 41.9m); The installation of an equipment 5 bay outdoor unit (ODU) within the proposed lease area (3.278m(L) x 2.126m(H) x 0.65m(W); The installation of a parabolic dish, midway on the lattice tower; and The installation of associated ancillary equipment including transceivers, amplifiers, feeders, cabling, signage, and other associated equipment necessary for the safe operation of the facility.
