Buildings and works to construct a fence

Proposal to remove the existing Sweet Pittosporum due to its unsuitable, highly constrained location, existing damage to the boundary fence, proximity to underground services and anticipated future growth. Replacement with a more appropriate, smaller growing specimen such as a swarf Sugar Gum would provide ongoing canopy and landscape value while being better suited to the available space. Note that I dont have development plans - I do have an arborist report.

Proposed fence amendments only: Change the proposed rear timber paling fence along Scott Street to Charcoal Colorbond fencing, including two small Charcoal Colorbond gates for D2 and D3 access to Scott Street. Change the proposed brick front fence along Messmate Street to Charcoal Colorbond fencing, with the fence height to be the maximum permitted by Council. Proposed timber paling fences along both side boundaries are to remain timber paling and be painted Charcoal color on the subject property side only. All other details remain unchanged.

Secondary Consent Amendment to approved plans - Application to amend the front fence height.

Construction of front and rear fencing and gate.

Removal of the existing ivy covered timber paling side boundary fence, approximately 23 metres in length and 1.75m high, extending to the front nature strip, and the construction of a replacement side boundary fence to match the existing brick pier and timber clad panel fencing further along the boundary. Repair of the existing front fence corner damaged by tree roots (tree removed under Planning permit PLP/2026/323) together with replacement of the existing wire infill sections to the front fence with timber inserts, in accordance wth the submitted plans.

Tennis court and associated six light poles and mesh fencing

The Front Fence to the building is dilapidated and we need to replace it. It is 2.1m high and within 3m of the property boundary. As per OC rules, we need to replace at the same height.
