- Proposal to remove the existing Sweet Pittosporum due to its unsuitable, highly constrained location, existing damage to the boundary fence, proximity to underground services and anticipated future growth. Replacement with a more appropriate, smaller growing specimen such as a swarf Sugar Gum would provide ongoing canopy and landscape value while being better suited to the available space. Note that I dont have development plans - I do have an arborist report.
