The proposal involves the construction of a new shed in the backyard of the existing residential property. The shed will be situated within the large unused portion of the backyard and will be appropriately set back from property boundaries to meet local planning requirements. The structure will be used for general storage, vehicle & Caravan storage, and is intended to support the ongoing residential use of the property. The design and materials of the shed will be in keeping with the existing built environment and residential character of the area.
