Variation to the current development approval for an extension to the existing harbour entrance channel for the Lucky Bay grain export port. The variation comprises a change to the disposal method for dredged material excavated from the channel, with material to be dewatered on two sites inland of the harbour basin (rather than on the Lucky Bay beach). Dredging material would then be disposed of inland at a former quarry site.

CONSTRUCTION OF AN OFF-SHORE OSPREY NEST

Proposed telecommunications facility at Rawnsley Park Station comprising the following: • The installation of a new 20m monopole; • The installation of one (1) omni antenna on top of the monopole (overall height 21.9m); • The installation of one (1) satellite dish at the base of the monopole; • The installation of one (1) equipment cabinet at the base of the monopole; • The installation of one (1) GPS antenna on the roof of the equipment cabinet; • The installation of new power connection to existing network; and • The installation of associated ancillary equipment including antenna mount, feeders, cabling, electrical equipment, signage, and other associated equipment
