Extend the Commencement and Completion Date by Four Years as Stage 1: I need to make a pre-application meeting with councils planning officer about staging my existing development, possibly amend my existing plan, possible subdivision, possible sewerage relocation for existing house. Commencing stage 1 maybe after Feburary 2027 when plan amendments have been approved. Completion and resale should be around Oct 2029 for Stage 1.
Stage 2 Completion could be around October 2030, although possible extension may be needed for stage 2, as it depends on the construction and resale of Stage 1.

I am requesting approval to relocate the electrical meter from the north boundary of the property to the location shown on the updated plans.
The primary reason for this change is that the meter’s current endorsed location significantly reduces the effective driveway width. If the meter remains on the north boundary, the clear driveway width is reduced from the required 3.0 metres to approximately 2.65 metres. Installing the required protective bollards would reduce the available width even further, creating an increased risk of vehicles striking either the bollards or the meter.
In addition, the applicable minimum driveway width requirement is 3.0 metres. Retaining the meter in its endorsed location prevents the driveway from complying with this requirement and compromises safe vehicle access to the property.
Relocating the meter to the proposed location shown on the updated plans will maintain the required driveway width, improve vehicle manoeuvrability, and significantly reduce the risk of vehicles colliding with the electrical meter or the existing dwelling at the front of the property.
For these reasons, I respectfully request approval for the proposed relocation of the electrical meter as shown on the updated plans.

There is a pine tree approximately 15 metres tall, less than 5 metres from the house, entirely within my private property. Over time, the tree has developed a noticeable lean rather than growing vertically. During periods of strong wind, the tree sways considerably, raising serious concerns about its structural stability.
Given its size, proximity to the house, and leaning position, the tree poses a significant risk to nearby buildings, vehicles, and residents' safety. These concerns are reinforced by a recent incident in January 2026, when a large gum tree outside the neighbouring property at 8 Hallmark Close, Mill Park, fell during severe weather, causing substantial damage to the property and a parked vehicle. Luckily, there was no human injury at that time
If the pine tree on my property were to fall, the consequences could be far more severe due to its close proximity to surrounding homes. In addition to the potential for significant property damage, there is a real risk of serious injury to residents or passers-by.
The ongoing risk has also affected our family's sense of safety and well-being. We feel anxious during windy conditions, as we are concerned that the tree could fail without warning.

The amendment request relates to the endorsed Functional Layout Plan which has a date stamp of 1 May
2023 and was approved pursuant to Condition 6 of the Planning Permit.
The changes are clouded on the updated Functional Layout Plan that is enclosed and involves alterations
to the boundaries between Lots 49-51.
The amendments are proposed to align the Functional Layout Plan with the amended endorsed documents,
which included a plan of subdivision, issued on 2 February 2026.

Internal alterations to the existing industrial warehouse building, including storage racking and two proposed internal mezzanine storage areas within the existing building envelope. The mezzanine areas are for storage use associated with the warehouse operation. No external building extension is proposed. A reduction/waiver of car parking requirement is included for Council’s consideration, noting the existing on-site parking and available on-street parking along Taryn Drive within the surrounding industrial area.
