Planning approval is sought for subdivision of the subject land into four (4) lots. The proposed layout facilitates the logical progression of infill development and associated provision of infrastructure along Ready Street, High Street and the easements at the eastern boundary and north-eastern rear corner of the proposed site. The existing dwelling and garage are to be situated within proposed Lot 1. It is proposed that the existing shed in the centre of the proposed site will be removed to make room for the building envelope on proposed Lot 2.
