- Amendment to the application for: Medium density development comprising the construction of three (3) double storey dwellings on the lot, in accordance with the endorsed plans. Amendments include: 1. The ground level finished floor levels in all units have been raised to AHD 63.18 for all habitable rooms (300mm above the updated maximum flooding level 62.88 AHD) and AHD 63.03 for all garages (150mm above the updated maximum flooding level 62.88 AHD). 2. The upper-level finished floor levels in all units have been raised to AHD 66.24 in accordance with the ground level finished floor level changes. 3. Minor window adjustment on the upper levels to Units 4 & 9 to allow natural ventilation to the wet areas. The application has been further amended to include: 4. Increase in upper floor setback along the southern elevation. 5. Garage setback from the southern boundary. 6. Decrease in the front setback. 7. Screening to a height of 1.7 metres to the rear yard decked areas along the southern elevation.
