Description
Two Chinese Elm trees on my property are causing ongoing property maintenance and safety concerns. One tree is pushing against the existing fence and causing it to bend, which may result in further structural damage if left untreated. The second tree has multiple branches, both dead and live, overhanging the dwelling. Falling twigs and debris from both trees are blocking the gutters and creating a risk of roof and water damage. Due to the ongoing issues and potential for further damage, removal and replacement of both trees is recommended rather than continued pruning maintenance. Replacing the trees with more suitable species will help prevent future structural damage, reduce maintenance requirements, and improve safety around the property.
