- This application seeks to amend the plans endorsed under Planning Permit GE/SP 35413/2022 to change the design and materials of the front fence at 12 Ocean Street, Ormond. The endorsed plans {Sheet 3 of 3, Revision B, 07/07/2025) show a front fence comprising brick piers/posts with timber pickets in between, and a sliding driveway gate. The proposed amendment removes the brick piers and replaces the entire fence with a full timber construction, described as follows: • Fence height: No more than 1 .5 metres • Total length: approximately 21 .5 metres • Posts: 100x100mm galvanised steel, etch primed and painted (no brick posts) • Pickets, frames, headboard and baseboard: engineered LOSP H3 primed treated pine • Driveway gate: auto sliding gate • Pedestrian gate: 930mm opening, matching fence design • Colour: Surfmist
