- We are seeking to re-tile the exterior facade of our shop front. As visible in supporting images (and on google street view), the facade has been left in disrepair by the previous owners. A run-through of proposed works - - Remove existing tiling and backing glue, which is already coming away. - Apply a render (not previously done) so the tiles have a solid surface to stick to. - Tile the exterior with 100 x 100 tiles, examples provided in supporting documentation. We estimate these works to take around 3-4 business days, causing little disruption to neighbouring businesses. We have a tiler ready to go once approval has been granted. Given the building’s classification as contributory, these works would significantly improve its street presence and overall condition.
