The erection of a shed for domestic use. I am purchasing a new Australian steel shed from Olympic Industries. The shed is a 'typical garage' with a roller door for vehicle access facing the street, two doors and two windows. It will have a concrete floor. I propose a 600mm concrete path on both long sides of the shed and a 5000mm wide concrete driveway from the roller door to the front boundary. I have intentionally chosen a shed large enough to accommodate a solar system on its roof, and a solar battery inside, rather than spoiling the visual integrity of the property's 100-year-old residence. I will be connecting the shed to rainwater storage tanks placed behind and in line with the shed, parallel to the southwest boundary fence. The shed may garage motor vehicles and/or a motorhome, lawnmowers and gardening equipment, store household items and be used for various craft and creative activities. As indicated on the plan, an old, unsound shed/lean-to is currently being dismantled.

Our plan is to construct a new shed/garage: The primary garage will feature a concrete floor, a single large roller door, and PA access doors on the walls leading to lean-tos at the rear. It will contain: • A storage area at one end • Parking space for a car/s • Space for a camper or caravan Noting that it requires sufficient height to accommodate a van with a height of 3.2 meters Lean-to A has concrete floor and sliding glass door at front for external access and will be utilized as an Art Studio Space. Lean-to B will have concreted posts and a gravel floor. It will be utilized as a greenhouse/aviary. The site is mostly flat, so only minimal preparation will be needed. As part of the development, the freestanding carport located on the eastern side of the current garage will be demolished; both of these buildings are visible in the Google Earth view. The existing garage—identified by its solar panels—will not be removed, but instead used as a tool shed, hobby workshop, or storage area because it is too low for our cars or a caravan. Vegetation on the neighbouring property will screen the new shed from the back of the neighbour's house, providing visual separation. The shed is well spaced from the side boundaries and is not close to any septic tanks.

This application is to build onto my existing farm shed. The shed was originally designed with this in mind and will be manufactured and erected by the same manufacturer as the existing shed.

I intend to build a 6.2m x 12.2m Olympic Industries shed towards the rear of my home block. It will have two sliding doors on the gable end and be clad in zinc alum sheeting. Next to this garage I would like to position a 6m x 2.4m shipping container, with an approximate gap of 3 m between the two structures.

build a residental house on the lot163 and a large enough shed to park my trucks and trailers in the shed , to prevent it being a eye sore for the general public to see . on the lot 164 I would leave as a paddock for grazing a few sheep and a few cattle .
