- Please find enclosed our application to amend the approved proposal at the above ad-dress, under secondary consent. The proposed development has been constructed and is currently being subdivided. There have been some minor adjustments to the landscaping in the front yards of Units 1 & 2, and an amendment is required to the endorsed plans so subdivision can be finalized and completed. The proposed amendment relates specifically to the following items: Landscaping o Proposed canopy tree zone within Unit 1 & 2 front yard has been split into individual zones with 1 tree per dwelling/ yard – refer to the attached Landscaping and Architectural plans o Concrete pathways leading from each unit to the footpath have been add-ed to suit on site conditions – refer to the attached Landscaping and Architectural plans o Dividing front fence between the two units has been added. Further to this, the fence legend has been adjusted to suit the Colorbond fencing constructed on site. Refer to the Architectural plans attached.
