Description

Following our phone call discussion with Mr. Daniel Lendvai, the planner at Council, amended drawings for secondary consent are submitted to reflect the following changes: 1- concrete sleeper retaining wall along Western and Eastern side boundaries. 2- to adjust external levels mainly to backyard of Unit 2 and Unit 3 along the western boundary line next to adjoining neighbours at 48 Howell Street. 3- Overlooking diagrams to adjoining neighbours at 48 Howell Street, to ensure the proposed changes to external levels do not cause overlooking to those neighbours. 4- Western Boundary line fence height increased from 1800mm to maximum 2000mm height above original NGL to ensure no overlooking to adjoining neighbours at 48 Howell St, following the overlooking study. 5- MT01 cladding at Level 1 to Unit 1 and Unit 2 replaced with render finish RN02. This means Level 1 cladding for both units will be a combination of RN01 and RN02 as shown. 6- Render finish to entry porches amended from RN01 to RN02 following the above change (no.5) 7- Updated Landscape Drawings amended to show current architectural layout.
